For the past twenty-three years, I have successfully assisted home buyers and sellers in Rochester, MN.  My bachelor’s degree in marketing/ public Relations is essential as I work with first time home buyers, builders and families with the sale of exceptional properties in Rochester and SE Minnesota.  Rochester is my hometown, and I enjoy bringing you a fresh perspective on this community.  Since the founding of Rochester in 1854, the city has seen constant transformation.  The latest initiative, led by Mayo Clinic, Destination Medical Center, DMC, promises to drastically change the landscape, which will position the city as the world’s premier destination of health and wellness.

I have Active home buyers for both Residential and New Construction Homes.  Each year, Rochester experiences an influx of medical students with the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science Residency Program. (Mayo Match Day 2026 for the Alix School of Medicine) I assist   Mayo medical professionals define their real estate needs, set up their home search and follow through with expert negotiation, and use resources to make the process go smoothly. The fast-paced spring market, and the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic, have put an added demand for experienced real estate agents. The Mayo Clinic Campus has the highest expectations for real estate professionals.   As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, ABR, I have the experience, negotiation and search resources, to find you your perfect place to call home.  Sellers require a REALTOR, GRI, ABR, CNS professional who can stage/ virtual stage, and creatively market real estate, using tools beyond the MLS and social media, to see the transaction to a successful close.  My "hands-on" approach is critical in these uncertain times, and is what sets me apart from other agents. This means I will schedule professional electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and cement masons to do licensed repairs. I make trips to the recycle center or sell unwanted items with online marketing.
